Prose Battle Ground Apartments is a 7 acre site boasting, 5 garden-style, walk-up buildings with a total of 180 units. A mix of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units are connected via open air breezeways and surrounded by ample surface parking. A resident clubhouse with adjacent outdoor amenity space provides a central gathering space to the community. The individual buildings are inspired by Scandinavian architecture that is cost-effective, easy to assemble, with simple forms that are highly repeatable. Simple color variations give each building a unique identity and character.
