Seamless indoor outdoor living.
A contemporary addition and renovation to a mid-century home in Seattle's East Ravenna neighborhood is in the works. The new layout will improve functionality of the main floor by reconnecting the living room to the dining room, into the kitchen and out to the backyard. Floor-to-ceiling glass glazing behind tread stairs on the western facade (near stairway). An additional story will create ample room for more livable space, while the additional balcony and roof deck will dramatically enhance indoor-outdoor connections. An open roof deck features a sitting area, barbecue station, built in benches and planter decors.
