This mixed-use, full-block development is sited in the heart of Boise's newly transforming River Myrtle Urban Renewal District. Located in the expanding downtown region of the city, the project is a short walk away from some of the best shops, restaurants, and amenities that Boise has to offer. The project is designed with very classical stylings finished off with modern detailing. The goal was to create a new addition to the city that compliments and melds with the historic and regal qualities that make up downtown Boise yet still stand out and create a new landmark within the downtown context.
