Our Best of 55+ Housing NAHB Gold winner Merrill Gardens at West Covina is making great progress! The exterior canopies, roof, and stucco coat are in process. The interior gypcrete is being poured, and drywall installation will begin shortly.

Construction Update Merrill Gardens at West Covina

Our project Merrill Gardens at West Covina is making great progress. Level 1 framing is underway and level 4 roof panels are almost complete. Topping slabs and window install will begin next month!
