May is Bike to Work Month and Mental Health Awareness Month—so we’re bringing back the Move It Challenge for its second edition! It’s a friendly competition to get everyone moving and feeling good.
Hop on a bike, go for a walk, hit the gym, roll out your yoga mat—any kind of exercise over 20 minutes counts!

HOW TO TRACK YOUR ACTIVITIES
There are two ways to track your activities:
MANUALLY
Hit the RECORD button, choose your activity, press START at the beginning of your workout, and when you are done, hit STOP+FINISH+ SAVE ACTIVITY.
AUTOMATICALLY
Connect your Apple watch, Fitbit or Garmin, following the steps below.
Once it is connected to the Strava app, any workouts you track on your linked device, will sync with Strava. On some devices (like Apple Watch) you may have to manually import the workout. Strava will notify you when there is an activity available to import.
