May is Bike to Work Month and Mental Health Awareness Month,
so we’re bringing back the Urbal Move It Challenge for round three!
Same idea as before, just a good excuse to stay consistent and get some movement in throughout the month.
Bike, walk, gym, yoga, whatever works for you. If it’s 20 minutes or more, it counts!
We’ll use the Strava app to track activities from May 1 through May 31.
Before May 1, request access to the group using the link below.
Admin will approve requests the night before the challenge starts (4/30).

This is a NEW group, so even if you joined last year, you’ll need to request access again for this edition.

CATEGORY 2: Total number of days with activity - $100
HOW TO TRACK YOUR ACTIVITIES
There are two ways to track your activities:
MANUALLY
Hit the RECORD button, choose your activity, press START at the beginning of your workout, and when you are done, hit STOP+FINISH+ SAVE ACTIVITY.
AUTOMATICALLY
Connect your Apple watch, Fitbit or Garmin, following the steps below.
Once it is connected to the Strava app, any workouts you track on your linked device, will sync with Strava. On some devices (like Apple Watch) you may have to manually import the workout. Strava will notify you when there is an activity available to import.
