Midtown Woodinville
Location: Woodinville, Washington | Units: 1,294 | Total sf: 2,000,840
Midtown Woodinville is a multi-phase, 19.2-acre redevelopment in downtown Woodinville, WA. The master plan proposes seven mixed-use blocks including residential, assisted living, a hotel, and townhomes, all organized around improved public open space and pedestrian-friendly circulation. The design draws from the city’s “Northwest Woodland Character” standards, reflecting the region’s natural landscape and climate. Approximately 15.5 acres are dedicated to housing, lodging, and retail, with the remaining 3.7 acres focused on ROW upgrades and public spaces. Parking is centralized where possible, and Woodin Creek and its buffers are preserved. Buildings are planned as wood-frame over concrete podiums (VA over IA), with townhomes constructed in three-story wood framing.
