Located one block from North Cove Park and City Hall, the mixed-use project includes two separate residential buildings. The south building features ground-floor retail, a prominent corner lobby, resident amenity, and an elevated courtyard with lake views. Building mass is broken down into three parts, reducing the perceived length of the main elevation. Each section has a different combination of contrasting colors and textures inspired by Lake Stevens industrial past. Corners are set off by varying roof forms. The north building is a four-story garden-style structure with tiered elevations and shared breezeways, complemented by landscaped outdoor areas for all residents. A simple “super” shed roof unifies the composition and ties back to the main structure.
