Capitalizing on an underutilized site in the northeast corner of Vancouver, WA, the project is providing vital housing for 284 apartments as well as retail along the NE 88th frontage. Spread across 12.65 acres, the building provides 3 stories of walk up apartments that is one continuous building per local zoning requirements and will provide a phased opening for early resident move-in. Due to the length of building and consideration of building cost, the facade is broken up with vertical trim and material changes and roof dormers. The building design utilizes a northwest color palette and distinct treatment at the single story retail to provide differentiation from the adjacent 3-story residential building. There is an exterior courtyard with pool and outdoor amenities for the residents as well as an interior clubhouse with a lounge and gym space.
