The Lyric
After an electrical fire destroyed the lobby and leasing offices, Urbal’s Interior Design team took the opportunity to thoughtfully refresh and reimagine the community spaces within this multifamily building located in Seattle’s vibrant Capitol Hill neighborhood. Overall, the renovation introduced brighter, lighter finishes paired with clean, modern furnishings to create a more welcoming and contemporary atmosphere.
A former theater space was transformed into a dynamic co-working lounge featuring private work pods and flexible seating areas. The multipurpose room was completely reimagined with a warm, pub-inspired atmosphere. Additional amenity spaces, including the leasing area , the fitness center, and the Skylounge, were also fully renovated with a completely new look that enhanced the everyday resident experience and encouraged greater daily use.
Inspired by the building’s name and Seattle's rich music culture, the art curation features a unique band theme on each floor, incorporating music-inspired pieces throughout the community to create a cohesive and memorable resident experience.
