After an electrical fire destroyed the lobby and leasing offices, Urbal's interior team took the opportunity to update and refresh the community spaces in this multi-family building in Seattle's colorful Capitol Hill neighborhood. Brighter, lighter finishes and simple, yet modern furniture were added as well as a brand-new co-working space that contributes to the variety of spaces for lounging, working, playing, or socializing.
