Our student housing project in Everett Community College has been in full-swing construction mode! New landscaping has been added to the site, and the exterior of the building is almost completed, with finishes and details left to be implemented. Check out the following progress photos and get an exclusive look at the apartment!

Located across the street from the college campus, this contemporary student apartment is designed to offer the right balance of community and privacy. The building includes private studio, three- and four-bedroom units with communal living space, as well as a variety of indoor and outdoor common amenity spaces that promote student interaction.
