Urbal Architecture finalists for the 2018 National Association of Home Builders Best of Housing Awards

We are honored to announce our projects Merrill Gardens at Ballard, Merrill Gardens at Auburn, and Merrill Gardens at West Covina are nominated as finalists for the 2018 National Association of Home Builders Best of Housing awards in 55+ Assisted Living or Special Needs Community. MERRILL GARDENS BALLARD-SEATTLE, WASHINGTON

Merrill Gardens Ballard is located in Seattle, Washington in the South Ballard Neighborhood. The design is Scandinavian-inspired architectural roots. 

MERRILL GARDENS AUBURN-AUBURN, WASHINGTON 

Merrill Gardens Auburn is located in Auburn, Washington. The design is old town main street feel with a modern twist. 

MERRILL GARDENS WEST COVINA-WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA

Merrill Gardens West Covina is located in West Covina, California. The design is incoporating the city and urban concepts.
