Our Everett Student Housing project Cedar Hall in Everett, Washington is now complete!

Students have moved and we have received a lot of positive feedback. The article Close and comfy residence hall 'changes whole culture' of EvCC by Julie Muhlstein called it "amazing" and "a house of dreams". 

Southeast Elevation

Cedar Hall is conveniently located across the street from Everett Community College. The 44,970-square-foot student housing offers a total of 39 units. It can house up to 132 students.

Courtyard

The open-air interior courtyard encourages students to interact. With outdoor lighting, ping-pong table, and push-button fire pit where students can roast s'mores. 

Kitchen

The design is a neutral palette of colors merged with Corten steel and weathered wood to create a unique composition of artificial and natural. The concept is to incorporate community and design.
